Complaints procedure

If you wish to register a complaint about our working processes or a member of staff, our preferred system, which ensures confidentiality, is to download and complete the form, in Related Links, and post it to the RYA.

*Lo-Call call 0845 rates are set independently by each telephone service provider so we cannot guarantee that they will always provide the cheapest call rate for you. We offer both the Lo-Call and standard options because some phone contracts offer dicounted calls to standard numbers. It is the responsibility of the caller to select the cheapest numbers in view of their particular phone contract.
