Following on from last year s successful format of sending coaches out to the classes, we are again offering to provide some top coaching to a number of classes.

So if your class is looking for a quality coaching weekend with a professional RYA squad coach, then give me a call and we find the coach that suits your needs.

The offer is very simple: You run the event and we ll send the coach!

• We want to give you a free day of coaching from an RYA expert coach.
• In return we want you to set up the coaching day at a date and venue of your choice for your sailors and coaches.

Our aims are to work with you to create an event that:

• Allows coaches to revalidate and develop themselves.
• Exposes coaches and sailors to great coaching.
• Provides a reward for volunteer coaches.
• Helps classes develop their coaching teams.

We will help you match the coach to the needs of your class and ideally we d like you to select a coach from the team below but we are happy to use a coach you think is an expert.

Ideally we are looking to involve as many classes as possible but for this year we are offering it to the first 15 classes that contact us. To make this financially viable the offer has some criteria:

• Only open to UK based dinghy classes.
• Ideally need at least 12 boats at the coached event.
• Needs to involve at least 8 coaches.

Suggested programmes include:

Option 1: 1 days coaching for your coaching team and/or class sailors.

Option 2: 1 day of the expert coach working with just your coaches on their individual sailing. Plus 1 day of the expert coach working with your coaching team while they run race training for your sailors. (2 ^nd day paid for by the class).
