Quality assurance
To constantly monitor and improve training and examination processes the RYA has contracted the Leadership Factor, a Quality Assurance company, to survey candidates for Yachtmaster, Yachtmaster Coastal and Advanced Powerboat exams.
The RYA are proud of the fact that over 1 million people have completed an RYA course in the last 10 years, and over 21,000 yachtsmen and women have passed an RYA Yachtmaster Offshore exam the pinnacle of the RYA's qualification system.
In order to constantly monitor and improve training and examination process the RYA have contracted the Leadership Factor, a Quality Assurance company, to survey candidates for Yachtmaster, Yachtmaster Coastal and Advanced Powerboat exams. The Leadership Factor's other clients include Rolls Royce Aerospace, Direct Line, IBM, Visa and City and Guilds.
The RYA has consistently been placed high in the top quartile of companies surveyed, representing an excellent level of customer satisfaction and confidence in our exams. The RYA is currenty ranked in the 97th percentile for SRC exams and 96th for Yachtmaster Coastal/Yachtmaster exams.
