Joint Services Adventurous Sailing Training Centre

The Joint Services Adventurous Sail Training Centre is looking to recruit Cruising and Yachtmaster Sailing instructors. Based in Gasport, Hampshire, we deliver training to military personnel on our fleet of 10 Halberg Rassy and 15 Victoria yachts. The succesfful candidates will deliver the RYA syllabus as well as having the opportunity to sail on lartger yachts up to 72ft.

 

We have vacancies for both full time and part time instructors. As a Civil Servant you will work 20 weeks on the water through the season and have responsibilities for the upkeep of the yachts whilst working in our maintenance facility.

 

We are also looking to recruit Cruising and Yachtmaster Sailing instructors for a new centre opening in 2017 based at Helensborough, Scotland.

 

The successful candidates will deliver the RYA sullabus during the summer season (Apr-Oct as well as preparing the yachts for charter use and routine maintenance.
