Administration
Taking the pain out of bureaucracy
Child Protection
The RYA is committed to providing a safe environment for young people to enjoy sailing, windsurfing and powerboating at RYA-organised events, and to helping clubs, associations and training centres to fulfil their responsibilities.
Health and Safety Advice
In an increasingly litigious world, reflecting a society increasingly seeking to establish blame for any accident, it is essential that the organisers of any recreational activity understand their legal duties. The RYA is able to give comprehensive advice and information to help club officers find their way around the legislation, and protect their members and visitors.
Disability Discrimination Advice
Sailing and Boating Clubs are obliged to comply with the Disability Discrimination Act, and the RYA can give advice and information on how and when you need to comply and useful measures that can help you ensure that compliance is affordable and practical.
