Email your answers to raceofficialsadmin@rya.org.uk no later than September 12th including your name, address and contact details.  The best answer in the opinion of the judges will win an RYA Racing Rules of Sailing 2009-2012 waterproof book. 

The judges will give preference to answers from non-race officials.  The decision of the judges is final and answers will be 
published after the competition has closed for the month.
