There will be a series of informative and engaging workshops held throughout the day, covering topics including social media, networking and empowering the end user.
These are aimed at supporting and encouraging growth at all 201 Sailability sites across the UK. There will also be the opportunity for volunteers to have one-on-one sessions with RYA staff offering advice on legal and safeguarding matters.
Debbie Blachford, RYA Sailability Manager, said: "We are really looking forward to the Conference and feel it will be a great opportunity for Sailability sites across the country to come together and learn a lot from each other.
"We have a great range of talks and workshops planned that we hope will benefit every Sailability site that attends."
The evening’s award ceremony will see volunteers recognised for their efforts in supporting Sailability throughout the country.
Sailability sites can submit their nominations for the Sailability Volunteer and Youth Volunteer Awards by completing the suitable form and returning to Tom Walker by email or post.
