Notices to Mariners w/c 31/10/2011 

The following Notices to Mariners have been notified to the RYA.

Trinity House

No. 40/11 E9 - Mariners are advised that on or about 23rd January 2012, light to be exhibited night time only, Lizard Lighthouse, South Coast of England.

No. 42/11 F6 - Mariners are advised that on or about 1st February 2012, Hartland Point Lighthouse, South West Coast of England to be permanently discontinued and a lighted beacon established.

Northern Lighthouse Board

No. 18 of 2011 - Heather Island, Oban Firth of Lorn West Coast of Scotland - mariners are advised that on or about 16th November 2011 a new light will be established.

Strangford Narrows

Mariners are advised that there are planned operations on the SeaGen tidal turbine system, situated in Strangford Lough, which may impact on navigation.  Please see the pdf in the download area for further details.
