Portsmouth Yardstick Event
RYA North West presents a talk on the Portsmouth Yardstick Scheme At Bolton Sailing Club, BL7 8BD, on Wednesday 15 February at 7.30pm:
The talk will be presented by Bas Edmonds and Andy Wibroe, from the RYA Technical Department at Hamble and will cover:
- how the scheme currently works and its limitations
- how the RYA would like it to work in clubs
- the tools the RYA use to help clubs deliver fair racing.
Actual results will then be used to show the development of the scheme in progress.
