In the 29er Crispin Beaumont and Tom Darling, from Bartley SC and Hayling Island SC took Gold at the Youth Worlds in Auckland NZ, and bronze at the Class Worlds.

Added to Hayling Island's success it was a clean sweep for the club at the RS Feva Nationals with a 1st for Freddie Peters and Louis Johnson, 2nd for Louis Wright and Jamie Allen and 3rd for Henry and Rupert Jameson. Freddie Peters and Louis Johnson also won Silver at the Worlds.   

At the Optimist Nationals William Heathcote of the Royal Lymington YC was 3rd GB sailor, with Freddie Lonsdale from the Royal Lymington YC 2nd and Ella Lance from Hayling Island SC 3rd and 1st girl in the Junior Main Fleet. 

Julia Mellers of Chichester YC won the Optimist Selection Trials and represented the UK at the Optimist Worlds in Portugal. 

Robbie King and Marcus Tressler from Warsash SC won the 420 Nationals with Dan Atherton of Gurnard SC and Matt Viney 3rd. Vita Heathcote and Milly Boyle of the Royal Lymington YC were 1st girls.

There were some great results from the RYA Youth Championships: Isabel Davis and Gemma Keers from Itchenor SC won the 420 class, and Robby King of Warsash SC with Marcus Tressler were 4th and first boys.

Tom Darling from Hayling Island SC and Crispin Beaumont won the 29er class.  

In the Lasers, Anthony Parke of Mengeheny Rhye SC won the standard rig, and Jake Farren-Price of Spinnaker SC was 2nd in the Laser Radial.
