Every two years the RYA seeks to find out what members think of the association and how willing they would be to recommend its products and services to their friends, family and fellow boaters in the Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey.

The survey takes no more than a couple of minutes to complete.  Simply click on the link below and choose a score between 0 (not at all likely) and 10 (extremely likely).  It’s that easy.
