Nationwide inter-club competition promoting concentrated keelboat fleet racing.
What is it?
Events consist of a series of short course fleet racing and is designed for teams of 4-5 to sail in One Design matched keelboats.
The type of racing is designed to make exciting, high speed sailing and minimise the spread in the fleet, and with a target time of 15 minutes per race, the emphasis is on as many short races in as quick succession as possible.
The British Keelboat League champion will be entitled to compete in the Sailing Champions League event to be held at the end of the year.
What is it going to achieve?
The British Keelboat League is the opportunity for clubs to compete against each other on a level playing field to fight for bragging rights as the most competitive club in the UK.
Crew must be members of the same club, which must be affiliated to the RYA.
Where is it?
A series of qualifiers run by Clubs throughout the Country, culminating in a Grand Final to determine the British Keelboat League Champions.
How do I get involved?

Can I enter more than one qualifier?
Clubs may enter more than one event, but should note that priority will be given to local teams and teams that have not already competed or qualified in previous qualifiers.
How much does it cost?
Each event (Qualifiers and Finals) has a set entry fee of £250 and damage deposit of £500. See NOR for details.
