National Junior Squad 

The RYA National Junior Squad programme aims to support talented British sailors between 11 & 16 years to progess into the demanding RYA Volvo Transition Training Programme and RYA Volvo National Youth Squad.

The Topper has recently been the most prominent feeder of the Youth programme.
Optimist
Small yet extremely technical it engenders all the physical, technical and racing skills needed to succeed at Youth and Olympic level
Laser 4.7
The Laser 4.7 develops all the skills of the Radial and Standard rig with a smaller, yet still quite powerful sail, which easily allows sailors to transition.
BIC Techno
The BIC Techno 293OD has revolutionized Junior windsurfing and major events now regularly see 50+ Technos competing against each other.
Cadet
With the symmetrical spinnaker and very similar systems to the 420 it offers a great feeder to the Youth class double handers.
Mirror
The Mirror offers a smooth transition to Youth double-handers and has produced many World and Olympic champions.
Feva
The Feva enjoysa successful international competition programme and provides an effective competition structure for young sailors.
Dragoon
The Dragoon is an RYA Recognised Class.
