The RYA Volvo Transition Training Programme aims to support the most talented junior sailors to progress into the demanding RYA Volvo National Youth Squad.

At Transition level 420s can be sailed by boys crews or girls crews.
29er
At Transition level 29ers can be sailed by girls crews, boys crews or mixed crews (open).
Laser Radial
The Laser Radial can be sailed by both girls and boys at Transition level.
RSX
The RS:X can be sailed by both boys and girls at Transition level.
