SENIOR DINGHY INSTRUCTOR/SCHOOLS CO-ORDINATOR required for this active sailing centre.

Berkshire Sail Training Centre is a registered charity, based near Reading, promoting watersports to schools, youth groups, persons with special needs and the public. Training is primarily dinghy sailing.

The role involves delivering high quality sailing and windsurfing activities to young people both in and out of curriculum hours. The successful candidate will aim to develop watersports for all, by visiting schools and centres. Career progression and development opportunities are available to the right individual, leading to Assistant Chief Instructor and then Assistant Manager. Starting salary of £15,500.

Applicants should be RYA Dinghy Senior Instructors, have excellent communication and presentation skills. Ideally they should have Windsurfing and Powerboat Instructor qualifications.
