I am trying to update my membership profile online so I can buy some Musto gear with an instructors discount, but I keep getting this comment
"you need to link your membership to your website profile"
I can't work out how to do it! Can anyone help

I couldn't figure it out either - I ended up ringing the RYA and they changed it for me.
Alternatively, I can try and send you the link to the order form via a personal message and see if that works?
