Performance Lifestyle Advisor - support a Sailors personal and professional development.  Assist the development of the skills, knowledge and qualities required to cope with the demands of high performance sport, whilst nurturing the transferable skills and experiences that will benefit future careers.

What other chef jobs do you do other than the sailing team?

I am also contracted to provide Performance Lifestyle Support one day a week with British Diving.

Can you explain what a normal day as Performance Lifestyle Advisor involves?

I am not sure that a ‘normal day’ exists.  Most days will involve some form of contact with athletes, support staff and coaches.  Also, planning for workshops and CPD opportunities etc. 

What would you love to do but never have the time or money for it?

Sail!
