Coming second in four world championships and a Europeans or one day in Palma in +30knots and massive waves sailing out of control into the sea wall.

Winning two world championships

If you weren’t a professional sailor what else would you be?

My second year of my degree in Geography at Exeter Uni!

How do you progress from a club sailor to an Olympic class sailor?

I started by going to regional then national competitions. Got into the National Squads and started competing in international competitions.

What are your greatest passions outside of sailing?

Currently learning to surf which is so much fun!

Any heroes?

I look up to all the dedicated athletes in the team and sports that all depend on fitness training.

What other sports do you play?

Windsurfing takes up most of my time!

Worst habit?

Not being able to sit still

What’s your greatest fear or phobia?

Jelly fish and going downhill fast on my road bike
