Enthusiastic, committed person for a full seasonal position at a busy RYA Training Centre.
You will be teaching RYA training courses and tasters, to a range of adults and youths aged 6 upwards.
We run multi-activity schools days and weeks and teach school groups during the term time, youth schemes
and camps in the holidays and adult courses at weekends. As well as teaching, you will be expected to take
part in the centre set-up and pack-down routine, maintenance of boats and equipment programme and the
centre cleaning programme.
You will need excellent communication skills and be able to deliver a high level of customer service.
As some of the role will involve working in the office dealing with customers and bookings, you will also need
be competent in literacy, numeracy and IT.
Five days working week with options for over time.
Full training provided where needed and a comprehensive staff development package.
