British Youth Sailing Coach - South Optimist Lead Choach
British Youth Sailing are looking for enthusiastic and passionate coaches within the Regional Training Group Programme as follows:
- South Optimist Lead Coach
We are looking to feed the young sailor’s enjoyment of sailing, so that they can successfully change class and continue to progress in the sport.
An important part of these coaching roles is to help embed our BYS Values
and Behaviours:
Sailors should be Passionately Ambitious, Curious, show Courage and
Determination, Ownership, Respect and Integrity.
In addition to coaching this role will involve ongoing learning and development, and meetings with RYA staff to support the planning and delivery of the Programme to maximise sailor development and future performance.
