Job Role: Digital Project Officer


Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience


Full Time: 35 hours per week


Location: Hamble (hybrid working)

The RYA is looking for a highly-organised individual who is able to juggle multiple priorities whilst handling multiple stakeholders to fulfil the role of Digital Projects Officer. 

The successful candidate will coordinate the Royal Yachting Association’s Digital Team’s inbound requests triaging them for the team, handling support requests and managing schedules, project documentation and communicating progress to all team members and stakeholders.  You’ll use project best practice and implement process to ensure projects run smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Manage external and internal stakeholder requests from day-to-day changes up to business transformation projects
  2. Work with our digital agency to monitor and manage bug fixes across our digital services.
  3. Provide project support to the Digital Product Manager on all digital projects.
  4. Project management of smaller scale developments.
  5. Maintain and make available project reports, timelines, risk and action logs.
  6. Monitor and report on project progress. 
  7. Support Quality Assurance Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  8. Respond to queries from website users via phone, email and social media.
