Put the poster on your Club, Centre or event noticeboard so that everyone knows who to contact.
Displaying a poster will demonstrate to young people, adults at risk, parents/carers, volunteers and staff your commitment to providing a safe environment for everyone. You can add the name and contact details of the designated Welfare Officer for your Club or Centre, or for a specific event.
You can print the poster you want by downloading it from the link on the right. The poster is in editable pdf format, so you can add the relevant details and picture before you print (to insert your photo click on the box, then browse to your image and select it).
If you require printed copies please contact the RYA's Safeguarding Officer, Andrea Gates, on 023 8060 4226 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org specifying how many copies and which version of the poster you need.
The posters are available in English and Welsh language versions, as well as Scottish and Northern Irish versions where there are different contact details. If you require a poster in any other language, please contact the RYA.
