    The RYA Dinghy Show is the only show in the world dedicated to dinghy sailing! Held at the end of February, it's the perfect time to connect with customers early in the season to showcase and sell products, membership and event participation.

    There are two types of virtual stands/booths available at the virtual show: Non commercial stand/booth is only available to RYA Affiliated Clubs or Class Associations for the promotion of a single club or class.  No trading is permitted from a non commercial stand.

    Commercial stand space may be used for retailing and promoting by non affiliated exhibitors.

    FAQs:

    Why is the RYA Dinghy Show going to be virtual for 2021? Due to the restrictions imposed on large scale events as a consequence of COVID19, it has been decided to hold a virtual show in 2021 using the vFAIRS virtual platform. 

    How will the virtual show work? The vFairs online platform provides a virtual 3D show experience for our visitors to explore exhibitor stands, products, clubs and classes, live talks/webinars, and live chat functionality. The online platform is accessible throughout the live days of 27th & 28th February 2021 and for 4 weeks afterwards.

    Is there a charge to visitors for the virtual RYA Dinghy Show? We’re excited to be able to offer the virtual Dinghy Show free of charge to visitors and it will be more accessible than ever to people around the UK and across the globe. 

    What can be included on my stand/booth and how do I add content? Full training will be provided to you and this will include how to upload content to your stand including videos, images, documents, how to sell products from your stand and how to engage with your customers.

    Can I sell from my stand/booth? If you are a commercial exhibitor, then you will be able to sell from your stand, either by linking to your external product website or by using the vFairs functionality to create a shopping area within your booth.

    How will visitors find my stand/booth? Once in the exhibition hall, visitors can scroll through the hall to view stands/booths. Alternatively, they can search for a specific stand or by keywords.

    How will I interact and engage with visitors? You will be able to see when someone visits your stand and they will be able to ask questions via message, chat or video. You can have more than one representative staffing your stand, depending on the stand option you choose and this can be from home or in your office environment with colleagues subject to COVID restrictions at the time of the show.

    Do I need to be on my stand all weekend? You don’t have to be on your stand all weekend. Visitors will still be able to access your booth if you’re not there and leave a message or check your availability otherwise, you can leave a sticky note/ announcement in your booth’s group chat.
