The RYA Dinghy Show in association with Yachts & Yachting and Suzuki is the only show in the world dedicated exclusively to dinghies! Held at the beginning of March, it's the perfect time to connect with customers early in the season to showcase and sell products, membership and event participation.

Please note. You must hold £5m public liability insurance to exhibit at Alexandra Palace.
Stand options and rates:
Class Association - RYA affiliated Class Association space is non-commercial and intended for the promotion of the class association events calendar. Space is provided for one boat with approximately one metre all around and includes a £5m public liability insurance at Alexandra Palace for the period 28 - 01 March 2020.
Please note that if any third party exhibits on the class association
stand, this insurance will be invalidated
(e.g. commercial rights have been paid in order to allow boat builders to exhibit and take orders for boats on the class association stand) - £416.65 + VAT.
Commercial activity on stands enjoying concessionary rates is restricted unless a commercial rights fee has been paid - £398.00 + VAT per boat.
Sailing Club - RYA affiliated standard sailing club stand is 6 sq.m and is discounted to £210 + VAT. An RYA affiliated large sailing club stand is 12 sq.m and is discounted to £420 + VAT.
Commercial stand space and Commercial Training Centres are charged at £55 + VAT per sq.m
Insurance (Public Liability) and Indemnity
Under the terms of the contract with Alexandra Palace all exhibitors are required to have public liability insurance in the sum of not less than £5 million for each and every claim for the duration of the Show's tenancy at Alexandra Palace, including the build up and break down phases.
By applying for stand space each exhibitor undertakes and agrees to indemnify the RYA and hold it harmless against the consequences of any breach by the exhibitor, his staff, stand personnel, contractors or visitors of the Health & Safety policy, the Health & Safety legislation and any other legal duty which applies to them.
