Great Britain SailGP Grand Prix - Plymouth

30-31 July 2022

Once again this summer, adrenaline is set to be pumping throughout Plymouth Sound when SailGP hosts its Great Britain Sail Grand Prix.

The sport's best athletes return to British waters on 30-31 July, when nine teams will go head-to-head racing identical hydrofoiling F50 catamarans at speeds exceeding 60 mph.

This is the third event in the global championship’s calendar, following opening events in Bermuda and Chicago. The event is held in partnership with Plymouth City Council.

Win a SailGP sailor visit for your club

The RYA is offering affiliated sailing clubs a chance to win a visit from a member of the Great Britain Sail GP Team.
