Instructordemand survey
At the Affiliated Clubs Conference in November, we used theMentimeter app to get instant answers from our delegates to questions about ourservice to members. According to the results, finding new volunteers andinstructors was the second greatest priority for clubs, and clubs want moresupport from the RYA in training instructors too.
There is now an online survey that aims to give us a betterunderstanding of whether RYA Training Centres have sufficient instructors tomeet the current and anticipated demand for courses, and of the demand forinstructor training and any barriers that may prevent people completing it.
Please complete this survey. It will help us to plan and promoteinstructor training to meet demand.
ThanksRoger, and welcome Chris!
