Club Development Forums
Following on with key themes from the conferences are the Club Development Forums. These regional events will be taking place in January, February and March.
The Club Development Forums are aimed at helping clubs and
committees benefit from current research, good practise and local knowledge.
There will be plenty of opportunities to share ideas and learn from other
clubs. The forums will focus on specific areas of club management and how
some small but deliberate changes in what clubs offer, may benefit the club and
Topics being covered across the regions include:
- What your club can do to retain more members?
- How we can recruit and maintain more volunteers?
- How can we grow club membership by adapting what we offer potential members?

Club Satisfaction, 30 January, 7pm
In continuation to our series of ‘Futures’ webinars, this time we are communicating the findings of a piece of research we've been carrying out over the last couple of years which aims to increase club member satisfaction and reduce membership churn (% of your membership that leave every year).
In essence, the research helps us identify how clubs can most easily increase the satisfaction of their current members. This should mean members are less likely to leave the club and less time is required to attract more members to replace them. It may actually probably lead to more of your members promoting your club to their friends and family meaning lots of free promotion and goodwill!
Join us and hear the findings of the research and also some experiences of clubs who have managed to use the research to increase the satisfaction of their club membership.
As before, we'll be joined by an expert panel to discuss the findings and to answer questions from the audience.
If you can't join us, please sign up anyway and you'll be able to hear the recording after the live show.
