At the same time, as well as being treated with respect, all Team15 sailors should give respect to others, both on the water and ashore.
In terms of the Team15 inter-club challenges all sailors should sail within the Team15 spirit and abide by the fair sportsmanship policy.
Who can I contact?
If you are worried about how you or someone else in being treated either within a windsurfing environment or outside the sport – i.e. at home or at school - there is someone you or your parents can talk to.
Every Team15 club and all T15 inter-club events have a designated child welfare contact. Your club will display a poster on the noticeboard with contact details; T15 inter-club events will display a similar poster. See ‘Downloads’ for what the poster looks like. Contact the designated child welfare contact for your club or event if you feel the need to talk to somebody about these issues.
