JOG (Junior Offshore Group) defies recent challenges with a 39% increase in its membership.  This was helped by the introduction of a digital-first enhanced engagement via an integrated online platform. Generation JOG (GenJOG) supports under-30s in yacht racing, offering sailing CVs, funding for training, kit/equipment partnerships, free membership for under-25s, and connections with sailing ambassadors.  The club’s future club plans include mentorship, fundraising for youth development, and increased GenJOG representation in committees for a progressive 'yacht club of the future'.
