Information for Exhibitors
Connect with the community
The RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show is organised by the RYA and is non-profit making with the main objective to provide a platform for the dinghy sailing and complimentary watersports trade and community to inspire and increase participation and retention in the sport. The exhibitors are made up of training centres, sailing holiday companies, clubs, class associations and commercial stands including boat builders, manufactures, sail makers, chandleries etc. We have over 7000 people attending the show over the two days and our audience is primarily active dinghy sailors and watersports enthusiasts.
Held at the end of February, the RYA Dinghy & Watersports Show is the perfect place to connect with customers early in the season to showcase and sell products, membership and event participation.
Farnborough International benefits from great access, located close to a number of major train lines and has free parking for over 3000 cars. The modern design offers a spacious layout, state of the art technology and an impressive sustainability commitment which will undoubtedly help support the show’s development as we move into the future.
The Show’s digital marketing campaign targets dinghy and watersports enthusiasts, clubs, families, locals and more. We provide a marketing package which includes online digital assets to make it easy for you to invite your customers and members to the show. Let us know what you’re bringing to the show too, so we can promote your activity ahead of the event.
Stats from 2022
Don’t just take it from us, here’s what some of last year’s exhibitors said…
Rooster “First Dinghy Show post Covid and it’s been an absolute blast. It’s been great to come back, chat to everyone and have conversations about regattas, events and what kit everyone’s wearing! We’ve had a massive success and we’re having a better year each and every time, despite everything that’s been going on in the world.”
Sea Sure “It’s been a really good weekend, loads of people on the stand, it’s been really good to see people after two years of not being at shows and catching up with friends. We’ve exhibited at the show for the last 25 years- it’s one of the main shows we do and one we really look forward to doing.”
