This event is for all small boat scheme instructors and aspiring race officials.
The day will offer a chance to develop you personal and coaching skills through a mixture of workshops, some running all day and some split into morning and afternoon options.
We are also for the first time offering the opportunity to get your RYA First Aid Certificate or become a RYA Regional Race Officer as part of the event.
We aim for you to leave feeling motivate and confident for the season ahead.
