One Day Afloat with an Expert Training Team:
Put theory into practice with a full day of hands-on training on the water, guided by our experienced RYA Trainers. 

Personalized 1:1 Check-In:
After the afloat session, receive individual feedback from an RYA Trainer to create your own tailored development plan—taking full responsibility for your growth and progress as you move toward becoming a Senior Instructor. 

Ongoing Support:
Stay connected with your fellow instructors and the Academy’s expert trainers through a dedicated WhatsApp group—making sure you have all the support you need between sessions.
