As one of the founding members of the Clean Water Sports Alliance, the RYA teams up with fellow member organisations on the Foredeck Stage (Friday 13 September at 3pm). Join us for an exclusive announcement and to hear the latest plans to highlight issues, influence decision makers and find solutions to protect our playground.
The Green Blue, the RYA’s environmental programme, will share guidance and tips on maintaining your equipment and operating your boat in an environmentally friendly way on stand J147. You can join the ever-growing sustainable boating community and make the Green Blue Boating Pledge, with those signing up at the show taking home a tote bag and pin badge.
You can also have a go at the Marine CSI water quality testing activity so bring your kids along and try it out. The activity aims to raise awareness of four key environmental issues and the good practice that boaters and sailors can adopt to help safeguard the wildlife and habitats we share our waters with.
