Expertise needed to steer new Female Athlete Development Group

Sailing is on a mission to evolve. We are changing how we operate to better create life-long sailors and develop the champions of tomorrow. 

To aid this ambition, we want to lead the way on creating sailing development programmes and environments that are built more consciously with females in mind. 

The newly created Female Athlete Development Group is being launched to help drive change in British Youth Sailing programmes so that our new talent pathways are created in ways that best support the unique needs and challenges faced by young female sailors. 

We are looking for motivated individuals with an interest and experience in female athlete development to join the working group on a voluntary basis and make a real difference in how we develop the next generation of female sailing superstars.
