Recognising the growing expectations placed on our community, the RYA is committed to providing tools which help you to understand and fulfil these requirements.

We’ve refreshed and updated our guidance to support our affiliated clubs, centres and organisations to navigate and understand trans and non-binary inclusion.

Our guidance for our community is based on offering a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. Our guidance is not brand new, however it has been updated and refreshed in line with the Equality Act 2010.
