The RYA Scotland Podcast
01 Jul 20

As we record  the fifth episode of our RYA Scotland podcast, Off The Water, with the aim to connect and inform to the boating community in Scotlandwe want to know your thoughts about it.

Have you listened to any episodes  yet? Is there anything you would like to hear discussed on the podcast? How do you find the format?

We are looking for your feedback so please take a few minutes to give us your thoughts here.

With the team continuing to work from home we have are become used meeting people through video calls rather than in person in clubhouses, training centres or marinas, which we have really missed. Off The Water was created as a podcast to reach out and share some of the work we have been doing and to hear from the boating community. It has been a challenging new project and we have learnt a lot as each episode is planned, recorded and released.

The response received has been very positive and we have built upon this with each episode, which are now available across Apple Podcasts, Google Play and Spotify along with our Podbean and You Tube Channels.

Our hosts Nikki Stewart and Jack Mitchell have talked us through the latest guidance from the Scottish Government during COVID-19 and will likely continue to do so as we navigate  our way out of lockdownWe have also covered other topics of interest to the boating community  and brought in other members of team  and guests to share their insights with our listeners.

This is where you come in. We have pulled together a very short survey that will give us the feedback we need in order to make the podcast a better experience for you. Even if you haven’t had a chance to listen to any of the episodes of our podcast yet, you can still fill in the survey to tell us about the kind of thing you do like to listen to and what you would like to hear from us in future episodes. The aim of the podcast is to talk about what is happening out on the water in Scotland so we would be delighted to hear from you if you have any stories to tell, information to share or hot topics to discuss.

The survey will close at 12 noon on Monday 20th July and then we will do a random draw from all the completed survey returns to pick a winner of a fantastic Overboard 30 litre waterproof rucksack!

You will need to add your name and contact number to the survey if you would like to be entered into the prize draw. If you wish your feedback to remain anonymous then you can choose to opt out of the draw and leave your details blank.

Your feedback is important to us so don’t forget that at any time you can get in touch with us to let us know your thoughts on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or email to:
