RYA launches Connect with Coaching series of online development sessions

The RYA is hosting a series of ‘Connect with Coaching’ online development workshops for RYA instructors, race coaches and trainers. 

Running from November 2022 – March 2023, the online sessions will provide participants with an opportunity to develop their knowledge and discuss topics that support their coaching.

Topics are equally relevant to teaching sailing, windsurfing and coaching racing, and include:

• Creating a great learning environment
• Coaching boat speed
• How we learn
• Mindset
• Question time

Sessions are free to all RYA members as a membership benefit.
