RYA Northern Ireland AGM Notice 2023
The 20th Annual General Meeting of the Royal Yachting Association NI (a company limited by Guarantee) will be held on Saturday 11th November 2023 at 11.45am in Carrickfergus Sailing Club. The meeting will be held as part of RYA NI Connected 2023.

RYANI are currently seeking a Director to be nominated by clubs for the following role:
• Performance Committee Chair
• General Director
Nomination papers.
People under the age of 30 are currently underrepresented on the Board of RYANI; nominations would be particularly welcome from this group.
The Articles of Association state that the RYANI Board cannot contain more than 3 members of one club. From the Directors that will be continuing their terms of office after the AGM, the clubs represented on the Board of RYANI are as follows:

Nominations for Directors by affiliated clubs must be received by the 23rd October 2023
Any resolution(s) for inclusion must also be received in writing by this date.
