At RYA Scotland we are guided by the values, mission, and purpose outlined in ‘People Places and Communities’, our strategic plan for the three years from 2022 to 2025.
When introduced, this new strategy represented a substantial re-imagining of RYA Scotland, bringing in an entirely new regional and local approach to how we support and develop the breadth of boating across Scotland today.
To measure our action against the priorities and targets outlined in our strategy, we develop Impact Reports based on each year guided by People, Places and Communities.
You can find our Impact Report for 2023-24 online now - Impact Report Year 2 - 2023-24 People Places and Communities

But, we know our approach to strategic thinking mustn’t be stationary. We are eager to keep assessing priorities, and hear from voices within the Scottish boating community to make sure we're tuned into what matters most.
And so, as we look ahead to how priorities and strategic thinking may look in the future, we want to make sure you have your say.
Through the below link, you can tell us what’s important to you, how you think we’re doing, as well as anything you think we should change.
