RYA Scotland ‘Youth Voices’ consultation

We know that young participants are the future of our sport.

That’s why we’re launching an RYA Scotland 'Youth Voices' effort, to bring together young perspectives from within our sport – aimed at those aged 25 and under.

Over the coming months, we’ll be giving young people the SPACE, VOICE, AUDIENCE, and INFLUENCE to share their opinions, and help shape our future approach to youth engagement – so that their thoughts reach RYA Scotland decision makers.

Our efforts will include informal conversations, various session formats both in person and online, in addition to a digital survey to make sure everyone can get involved no matter where they are in Scotland.

We're also getting out and about to hear from young people face to face at events this summer.

...and that won’t be all. Wherever our staff team are over the coming months, our eyes and ears will be open to feedback, thoughts, and perspectives.
