Stage 4 builds on a confident ability to tack, gybe and windsurf in the harness, introducing you to the basic techniques needed to use the foot straps

You should be able to confidently windsurf around using the harness, knowing when to tack and gybe and showing the basic ability to get blasting using the foot straps
