Boat Technician

We are looking for a boat technician to join our team in Portland, Dorset.

You will be working alongside the British Sailing Team’s Chief Technical Officer and Boatbuilder to prepare and maintain a variety of Olympic sailing dinghies and boards, and to help with the day to day running of the workshop.

High level practical skills, measurement experience, and attention to detail, ideally in boatbuilding or surface finishing, are required. In addition, you will need to be able problem solve, work independently, and have good people skills.
