Job Role:  Digital Product Manager


Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum


Full Time: 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday


Location: Hamble (hybrid working)

The Royal Yachting Association is seeking an experience Digital Product Manager to be the digital product expert within the association. You will develop a deep understand of all our tools and systems, their documentation, integrations and manage them to leverage their efficient use within the RYA through a centralised digital approach.

The Digital Product Manager will be the work with IT and the wider RYA business to ensure the variety of digital tools and systems used across the RYA are efficient and effective.

What you’ll be doing:

  • The technical expert within the RYA with a knowledge of all our tools and systems, their documentation, integrations, managing them to leverage their efficient use within the RYA through a centralised digital approach
  • Work with partners and staff to support the technical development of our digital platforms, including our website, DAM, learning management systems, events, etc
  • Ensure all systems are clearly documented and knowledge is shared across the department and external departments as required
  • Act as systems super-user for all RYA digital tools and platforms internally
  • Work across the business on a systems analysis to provide requirements and direction for future development of a single customer view
  • Ensure all systems operate smoothly, monitoring key systems and aligning with the organisations processes
  • Line manage two direct reports
  • Work with Head of Digital to support the implementation of our digital vision and strategy
  • Analytics and reporting of channel and site success to the wider business with regular established reporting and actionable decisions

What we’re looking for:

  • Knowledge of different digital tools e.g. event management, digital asset, surveys, hotel booking software, learning management systems, location selectors
  • Stakeholder management at all organisational levels establishing digital within the business as a service function
