Whether you’re a racer or a cruiser, we want to learn more about the things that might be stopping you from spending more time getting afloat.

Through the new Time on the water survey, we’re inviting yacht & dinghy sailors, motorboaters, windsurfers, jetskiers, inland waterway users and anyone who gets afloat to tell us about the barriers currently impacting boating.

This is an opportunity to provide valuable insight with the aim of helping to shape the RYA’s priorities moving forwards. It should take no more than five minutes of your time and questions include access to slipways, motivation to get afloat and how often you participate.

The survey is open until December 2022 but anyone who completes the survey before 30 September has the chance to win a bag of sailing kit tailored to their needs, worth up to £500.
