As part of the RYA affiliated club package, clubs can access a 30-minute consultation underwritten by the RYA, with an external tax consultant. Any additional services provided will be charged with a RYA discounted price. Clubs can gain insight and advice on the following:

Richard can advise clubs on many Corporation Tax related queries.

He has also advised extensively on registering as a charity and Community Amateur Sports Club which not only provides Corporation Tax exemptions but also mandatory business rate relief and access to gift aid. He can be engaged by affiliates to provide additional services by means of direct engagement at a rate to be agreed.
