Sailability Coordinator

The RYANI Sailability Coordinator will help promote and develop Sailability activity in Northern Ireland, working alongside RYANI Development Staff and reporting to the Development Committee.

ArchiveWith 7 locations across Northern Ireland, sailors with a disability enjoy the outdoors, feel freedom on the water, are active, learn new skills and build confidence. It is #MoreThanSailing and can open up a world of possibilities.

The RYANI Sailability coordinator is a key role within the organisation to help inspire disabled people to go boating, reduce the barriers people face to getting on the water and support our Sailability clubs.

The purpose of the role is to primarily support the Sailability community in Northern Ireland and to work with RYANI staff and committees on developing, supporting and engaging with new participants, volunteers and clubs.
