Product: Kawasaki Jetski Ultra 310 Series (2501-0147)

The Office for Product Safety and Standards has issued a product recall for Kawasaki Jetski Ultra 310 Series for risk of injury.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Directive 2017. There is a risk of injury if corrosion occurs in the engine compartment or wiring harness as it may cause the engine to stall during use.

Volvo Penta EVC 2 (2503-0017)

Product: Volvo Penta EVC 2

The Office for Product Safety and Standards has issued a product recall for Volvo Penta EVC 2 for presenting a high risk of injuries and drowning.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Recreational Craft Directive 2017. A quality issue in the Electronic Vessel Control system (EVC2) software may, under certain rare circumstances, cause an unexpected loss of control of the gearchange function. The issue manifests itself in such a way that, on rare occasions and at low speeds, the driver cannot change gears. Not all serial numbers are affected.
