It was great to see a full house for an informative and inspiring day at the London and South East region’s RYA Connected Conference in Guildford on 26 November. There were presentations, forums, workshops, networking, a large RYA team on hand to help with problems and solutions, and a free lunch!
My thanks go to delegates for coming along and everyone involved in the day, and judging by the feedback the delegates enjoyed it:
“Great to see so many RYA staff. Liked the new venue as well. All hard work much appreciated.” “
A really excellent day. We were really pleased to attend. Thank you.”
….and staying Connected, following on from the conference there is a whole host of informative and free RYA Connected webinars running through to the end of March. The next ones are:
11 December - Recruiting and retaining members
8 January - Creating a volunteer plan
15 January - Handling disputes and complaints
All are at 19.30-20.30
