Your membership updates in 2023
It’s never easy to announce a price increase but we want to let you know in advance, there’ll be a slight increase in RYA membership and affiliation fees. We regularly review our fees, and the last change was made in April 2020.
Like everyone, the RYA has been impacted by rising costs. However, we’re mindful not to overburden our members and affiliates so have carefully considered our annual fee structure to ensure any increase is minimal, for example adult membership will go up by £3.00. Prices will change from April 1 2023.

We recognise that all costs affect us in this climate and as always, we want to thank you for your continued support of the RYA. As a member, you’re at the heart of our vital work to protect your freedoms on the water.
Your membership supports activity across the organisation. It means we are able to introduce more people to boating, promote safe practices, protect our waters, raise training standards, and feel proud of our national Olympic Sailing Team.
