The benefits of registering for an account

Lets get started

1.  Visit theRegister page in My RYA                                                                                                                                                                                                   
2.  Enter your email address - we need this to communicate with you, but don't worry you'll never receive any emails you don't subscribe to. Once you've entered your email address click "Next"                                                                                                                                                                                       
3. If the website doesn't recognise your email address (i.e. if you haven't signed up before) you'll be asked how you want to register.                                        You'll then be presented with some options;                                                                                                                                                                                          
   Membership or RYA ref number account linking

   Select this option if you have an existing RYA membership. You can use your membership or reference number to connect your new My RYA account - this will give you a better experience on our website.
   

   Club account linking

   If you're a member of an RYA affiliated club select this option - it'll allow you to receive a personalised experience on the website.

   I just need to register

   If you're not an RYA member or part of an affiliated club, use this option to register for an account on the new RYA website.

   If the website recognises your email address, it'll skip this step and move to step 4.

   
   
4. You'll then be presented with a form of fields that need to be filled in. All the fields marked with a red asterisks (*) need to be completed before you can progress to the next stage. You will also need to agree to our terms and conditions - so make sure you give them a read and click the checkbox to confirm you agree to them.                                                                                                                                                                                                                            
5. Once you've filled in the form, and agreed to the terms and conditions, you'll need to click the "Register" button.
   The website will then register your account and automatically log you in to My RYA.That's it, you're all set.                                                                                      If the website shows an error, double check you've filled in all the fields and agreed to the terms and conditions.
