Do you want to become an instructor and help others start and improve their windsurfing?

Junior and Youth Windsurfing

The Scottish J&Y Windsurfing is a network of windsurf clubs across the UK for young windsurfers who want to share their passion and improve their skills in windsurfing.

Get involved

Windsurfing is something very different to what sport schools can normally offer. It keeps you fit, is exhilarating and is easy to learn but also throws you plenty of challenges along the way. Windsurfing is never boring and is kind to the environment as you are powered by the wind. It is something that you can do on your own, with your friends and family or as part of a team, so there is something to suit everyone and every mood too!

Have we persuaded you yet?

RYA UK Windsurfing Network

A nationwide network of windsurfing clubs where young people aged 18 and under can get together every week to learn new windsurfing skills and have a laugh with their mates on the water. Since the same faces come back every week, you’ll definitely make new friends as well.

Whatever your skill level, regular windsurfing sessions will improve your windsurfing ability very quickly. If you’ve never tried it before, you’ll have the basics mastered in no time. From first time windsurfer to a relative expert, Scottish windsurfing clubs welcome all levels.

J&Y offers young people two opportunities; to be part of the weekly club sessions plus participate in the inter-club challenges. It’s your call whether you take part in one or both. But it’s the challenges that make these such fun events.
